Visiting the Museum
Holst Victorian House has so much to offer GCSE pupils. Those studying Dickens might enjoy our new session Dickensian Christmas (details below). Past KS4 groups have enjoyed workshops cooking on our coal fired range, writing with a pen and ink or performing around Holst’s piano. Visiting Holst Victorian House provides an excellent context setting experience for students studying 19th Century History or Literature as well as much inspiration for musicians. We are always happy to host small recitals and performances from school choirs and bands. If you are interested in a bespoke workshop please email your topic details and requirements to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are always developing new ideas and are happy to help as best we can. Sessions can take place in the Museum, we can come to you as outreach or they can be delivered remotely.
